The brand originated on the New Jersey shore, and the Northeast remains its densest coverage — most towns of any size have a shop, and city-centre locations price toward the top of the national range.
Heavy growth market with strong suburban coverage. Florida in particular has dense coverage across both coasts, including a number of non-traditional locations inside malls and travel plazas that carry reduced menus.
Steady suburban coverage with pricing that generally sits at or below the national average. University towns tend to have locations close to campus with longer weekend hours.

Franchise and company-operated restaurants set prices regionally. The same steak can vary by several dollars between a suburban location and one in a major metro. Every price on this site is a national estimate, not a quote for your specific restaurant.
Locations inside airports, stadiums, casinos and toll-road plazas typically run 15–30% above the standard menu, and often carry a reduced menu. If the price feels wrong, check whether you are in one of these.
Opening times vary by day and by location, and holiday hours change with little notice. Check the specific restaurant rather than assuming a chain-wide schedule.
Smaller and non-traditional locations drop items. Regional specials appear in some markets and not others, and limited-time items roll out on different dates.

Call ahead at peak times — Friday and Saturday evenings routinely run long waits, and many locations do not take reservations.
Ask whether they run a call-ahead or waitlist system. Joining it from the car park is the single biggest time saver.
Check whether your location does early-dining pricing, which is usually a weekday, before a cut-off time.
Confirm large-party policy before arriving with a group — many restaurants cap party size or require advance notice.
If you are ordering to collect, ask which items travel badly. Anything fried or crusted degrades within about 20 minutes.
