This is the Jersey Mike’s menu with prices for 2026: all 19 numbered subs across cold subs, Italians, clubs, cheese steaks and chicken cheese steaks, plus chips, drinks, desserts and kids meals. Every item shows its menu number, its regular-size price and its calories for mini, regular and giant, and the full price list sits directly below this introduction.
Jersey Mike’s has been slicing subs to order since it started as Mike’s Subs in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, in 1956. The menu has grown, but the model has not: meat and cheese sliced in front of you, a fresh roll, and the famous Mike’s Way finish. Knowing how that menu is priced, by number and by size, is what turns a $12 lunch into a $9 one or a $40 group order into a $30 one.
A note before the numbers. Most Jersey Mike’s shops are independently owned franchises, and each sets its own prices. The figures on this page are typical U.S. regular-size prices and the published calorie counts. Treat them as a planning number that will usually land within a dollar or so of your local shop.

#3Ham & Provolone
$10.45Mini 470 cal · Regular 800 cal · Giant 1,520 cal
The plainest thing on the cold board and a genuinely useful benchmark for the rest of it. Sliced ham and provolone with the standard vegetables, and nothing else competing for attention. At 800 calories for a regular it sits mid-range, and the mini at 470 is one of the few sub options that works as an actual light lunch rather than a compromise. If you are trying the shop for the first time and want to judge the bread and the slicing rather than a sauce, order this one.

#6Roast Beef & Provolone
$12.45Mini 550 cal · Regular 930 cal · Giant 1,850 cal
Top round, sliced thin and piled loose rather than packed flat, which is what keeps it tender. This is the best protein-per-calorie choice on the cold board and one of the pricier subs, so you are paying for the meat rather than the build. The giant at 1,850 calories is genuinely a two-person sub. If your shop stocks horseradish, ask for it on the side — it changes the sub completely and costs nothing.

#7Turkey & Provolone
$10.75Mini 470 cal · Regular 800 cal · Giant 1,520 cal
Antibiotic-free turkey breast sliced to order with provolone. It shares its calorie profile exactly with the Ham & Provolone, which surprises people who assume turkey is automatically the lighter option — the bread and cheese account for most of both. It is the most-ordered sub in many shops and the safest thing on the board. Drop the provolone and you take roughly a hundred calories off without losing much, since the turkey is mild enough to carry the sub alone.

#10Tuna Fish
$10.45Mini 620 cal · Regular 1,050 cal · Giant 2,000 cal
Mixed fresh on the premises, which is unusual in the category and shows in the texture. At 1,050 calories for a regular it is markedly heavier than people expect — heavier than the Original Italian — because tuna salad carries mayonnaise throughout rather than as a spread. The giant at 2,000 is one of the highest-calorie items on the whole menu. Worth ordering fresh and eating immediately; it is the sub that degrades fastest in a bag.

#14The Veggie
$8.99Mini 540 cal · Regular 880 cal · Giant 1,710 cal
Swiss, provolone and green bell peppers with the standard vegetables. It is the cheapest sub on the board but not the lightest — at 880 calories for a regular it lands above the ham and turkey subs, because two cheeses carry more than one slice of deli meat. That is worth knowing if you chose it expecting a diet option. Ordered in a bowl it drops to around 590, which makes it a genuinely light meal rather than a nominally vegetarian one.
Jersey Mike's Italian Favorites prices
| Item | # | Regular price | Mini cal | Regular cal | Giant cal |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Jersey Shore's Favorite | 2 | $10.95 | 470 | 810 | 1,520 |
| The Super Sub | 5 | $11.25 | 500 | 820 | 1,550 |
| The Original Italian | 13 | $11.65 | 560 | 930 | 1,770 |

#2Jersey Shore's Favorite
$10.95Mini 470 cal · Regular 810 cal · Giant 1,520 cal
Provolone, ham and cappacuolo — the shortest of the Italian-style builds and the lightest, at 810 calories for a regular. It gives you the cured-meat character without the salami and pepperoni that push the Original Italian to 930. This is the one to order if you find the full Italian muddled or too salty, and it takes the oil and vinegar finish better because there is less competing on the roll. Ask for extra oregano; it lifts the whole thing.

#5The Super Sub
$11.25Mini 500 cal · Regular 820 cal · Giant 1,550 cal
Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. It sits between Jersey Shore's Favorite and the Original Italian in both meat count and calories, at 820 for a regular. The prosciuttini is the addition that distinguishes it — saltier and more assertive than ham, milder than salami. A sensible middle order and a good first Italian-style sub if you are not sure how much cured meat you actually want on a sandwich.

#13The Original Italian
$11.65Mini 560 cal · Regular 930 cal · Giant 1,770 cal
Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni — six components, and the sub the chain is known for. At 930 calories for a regular it is the heaviest cold sub after the tuna, and nearly all of the difference from the lighter Italian builds is the salami and pepperoni. It is also the clearest demonstration of why slicing to order matters, since cured meats change most between freshly cut and held.
Jersey Mike's Club Subs prices
| Item | # | Regular price | Mini cal | Regular cal | Giant cal |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Club Sub | 8 | $11.95 | 660 | 1,150 | 2,200 |
| Club Supreme | 9 | $12.45 | 660 | 1,160 | 2,210 |

#8Club Sub
$11.95Mini 660 cal · Regular 1,150 cal · Giant 2,200 cal
Antibiotic-free turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon and mayo. At 1,150 calories for a regular this is heavier than every cheese steak on the board, which almost nobody expects — the mayo and bacon do most of it. The giant at 2,200 is the highest-calorie item on the entire menu. Asking for mayo on the side is the single largest reduction available here and it does not change the character of the sub much.
Club Sub price, calories & ways to order →
#9Club Supreme
$12.45Mini 660 cal · Regular 1,160 cal · Giant 2,210 cal
Roast beef, turkey, Swiss, applewood smoked bacon and mayo — two meats plus bacon, and effectively tied with the Club Sub for the heaviest thing available at 1,160 calories. It eats like it, and it is genuinely a two-sitting sub for most people. Ordered in a bowl it drops to around 870, which is a rare case where removing the bread turns an occasional indulgence into something you could eat on an ordinary Tuesday.

| Portabella Mushroom & Swiss | 64 | $11.45 | — | 620 | 1,250 |

#64Portabella Mushroom & Swiss
$11.45Regular 620 cal · Giant 1,250 cal
Grilled portabella mushrooms with green bell peppers, onions and Swiss. This is the only hot vegetarian option and at 620 calories for a regular it is the lightest hot sub by a wide margin — lighter than several cold subs, including the Veggie. The mushrooms bring enough moisture and savouriness that it does not read as a substitute for meat. It is also the hot sub that holds up best for collection, since there is no rendered fat to congeal.

| The Big Kahuna | 56 | $13.25 | — | 780 | 1,560 |

#17Famous Philly
$12.45Regular 730 cal · Giant 1,450 cal
Grilled onions, peppers and white American on shaved steak. At 730 calories for a regular it is considerably lighter than the club subs and lighter than the tuna, which contradicts the assumption that hot subs are the heavy end of the menu. The white American is a technical choice rather than a flavour one — it contains emulsifying salts that keep it glossy as it cools, where provolone seizes and leaves the last third of the sub different from the first.

#43Chipotle Cheese Steak
$13.05Regular 1,000 cal · Giant 2,000 cal
The Famous Philly with chipotle mayo added. That single addition takes it from 730 calories to 1,000 — a 270-calorie jump from a sauce, which is the starkest illustration on the menu of how much condiments matter relative to fillings. The heat is smoky rather than sharp. Asking for light chipotle keeps the character and removes most of the difference, and it is a change staff make constantly.

#56The Big Kahuna
$13.25Regular 780 cal · Giant 1,560 cal
Grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños and extra white American. Despite the loaded build it is only 780 calories for a regular, because vegetables and jalapeños add volume rather than energy — it is a bigger-eating sub than the plain Philly for 50 more calories. Genuine heat rather than token spice. The jalapeños go on at the grill, so asking for them on the side actually changes the heat level rather than just moving them.

| Big Kahuna Chicken | 55 | $12.75 | — | 720 | 1,430 |

#16Chicken Philly
$12.25Regular 660 cal · Giant 1,320 cal
Grilled chicken with onions, peppers and white American. At 660 calories for a regular this is the lightest meat-containing hot sub on the board, and one of the lightest full subs anywhere on the menu. Chicken does not build the same crust as shaved steak, so it leans more on the onions — ask for them well caramelised if the shop is not busy. The best choice if you want a hot sub without the calorie load that usually comes with one.
Chicken Philly price, calories & ways to order →
#26Chicken Bacon Ranch
$12.95Regular 880 cal · Giant 1,750 cal
Grilled chicken with applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato and ranch. The ranch and bacon add roughly 220 calories over the plain Chicken Philly, taking it to 880. It is the richest chicken option and a divisive one — people who like ranch love it, people who do not find it dominates. Ranch on the side is worth requesting on a first order, since it is applied generously and cannot be removed once it is on.

#42Chipotle Chicken
$11.99Regular 930 cal · Giant 1,870 cal
Grilled onions, peppers, white American and chipotle mayo on chicken. At 930 calories it is heavier than the beef Famous Philly by 200, which is entirely the chipotle mayo — a useful reminder that the protein is rarely what decides a sub's calorie count. Smoky rather than sharp heat. It also holds together better than most hot subs for a collection order, because the mayo keeps it moist.

#44Buffalo Chicken
$11.99Regular 900 cal · Giant 1,800 cal
Grilled chicken with hot sauce, lettuce, tomato and blue cheese dressing. At 900 calories the dressing accounts for a large share. The most useful thing to know: ask for the sauce on the side. Buffalo sauce soaks into the roll within minutes and this sub is dramatically better when you add it as you eat, particularly on a collection order. The blue cheese is a dressing here rather than crumbles, so it spreads through rather than staying distinct.

#55Big Kahuna Chicken
$12.75Regular 720 cal · Giant 1,430 cal
Grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños and extra white American on chicken. At 720 calories it is the lightest of the loaded hot subs and only 60 above the plain Chicken Philly, which makes it the best value on the board in calorie terms — considerably more sub for almost nothing. Real heat from the jalapeños. If you like the Big Kahuna build but find the beef version heavy, this is the direct swap.

| Chocolate Chip Cookie | — | $2.29 | — | 380 | — |
| Brownie | — | $2.79 | — | 420 | — |

Bag of Chips
$2.29Regular 220 cal
Single-serve bag from the rack by the register. Chips are the highest-margin item in a sub shop and the easiest place to overspend — the same bag costs roughly a third as much in a supermarket multipack. At around 220 calories they add meaningfully to a meal that is already substantial. Worth ordering for the crunch against a soft sub, worth skipping if you are watching either the bill or the numbers.

Fountain Drink
$3.19Regular 200 cal
Standard fountain range, and free refills at most locations make it good value if you are eating in. If you are collecting, it is the worst value item on the board. Combined with chips it adds roughly $5.50 to a single order, which is the largest avoidable cost at the register. The sugar-free options bring it to almost nothing, and unsweetened iced tea is the cheapest way to have something other than water.

Bottled Drink
$3.09Regular 240 cal
Bottled range from the cooler, intended for taking away. It carries more than a fountain cup because the bottle holds more and no ice displaces volume, and it does not qualify for refills. Costs less per ounce than the fountain but more overall. The sensible use is a collection order where a cup would spill; for eating in, the fountain is both cheaper and less.

Chocolate Chip Cookie
$2.29Regular 380 cal
Baked in shop and genuinely different depending when you arrive — soft in the middle before noon, firm and ordinary by late afternoon. At around 380 calories a single cookie carries more than a bag of chips, which is worth knowing before it goes on the order as an afterthought. Most shops discount three, which is the only sensible way to buy them if there is more than one of you.

Brownie
$2.79Regular 420 cal
Dense and cut thick, and comfortably splittable between two people after a full-sized sub. At around 420 calories it is the heaviest item in the dessert case. It holds far better through the day than the cookies do, so it is the more reliable afternoon order, and it survives a journey better than anything else on the counter if you are taking food back to an office.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Kids Turkey & Cheese | — | $6.49 | — | 400 | — |
| Kids Ham & Cheese | — | $6.49 | — | 400 | — |

Kids Turkey & Cheese
$6.49Regular 400 cal
A kids-size sub with chips, a drink and a cookie, in the 400 to 630 calorie range depending on the drink and cookie chosen. Turkey and cheese is the safest of the two kids options and most children want it plain, which is completely routine — the sub is built to order regardless. Choosing water or a sugar-free drink takes a substantial share off the total without touching the food.

Kids Ham & Cheese
$6.49Regular 400 cal
The other kids option, again with chips, a drink and a cookie included, in the same 400 to 630 calorie range. Ham is marginally saltier than turkey and slightly more popular with children who find turkey bland. Worth asking for the cookie to be bagged separately rather than boxed with the meal, which buys you some control over when it gets eaten.
Typical U.S. regular-size prices; calories are the published per-size figures. Each location sets its own prices.
How the Jersey Mike's menu with prices works
Every sub on the board has a number, and regulars order by it: “a regular #13 Mike’s Way” is a complete order. The number tells the staff exactly which meats and cheese go on, and it is the quickest way to order at a busy counter. The price is set by the sub and the size you choose, not by how you dress it, because the Mike’s Way vegetables, oil and vinegar cost nothing extra.
Three sizes change the price: a mini of about 5 inches, a regular of about 7 inches and a giant of about 14 inches. The regular is the benchmark, and it is the size every price on this page refers to. A mini typically costs about two-thirds of a regular, and a giant about twice a regular. Cold subs come in all three sizes; the hot cheese steaks generally start at regular.
Beyond the size, only a few things move Jersey Mike’s prices: extra meat or cheese, Udi’s gluten-free bread (about $1.50 on a regular), chips and a drink (about $5.50 together) and where you order, since delivery apps charge more than the counter.

What is the cheapest sub on the Jersey Mike's menu?
The #14 Veggie at about $8.99 for a regular. The cheapest subs with meat are the #3 Ham & Provolone and #10 Tuna Fish at about $10.45. A mini of any cold sub costs less again, roughly two-thirds of the regular price.
Jersey Mike's menu numbers, explained
The numbering looks random, and partly it is: numbers were added as subs joined the menu, so the hot subs sit in the 40s and 50s while the original cold subs fill the single digits and teens. Once you know the handful that matter, ordering becomes a two-second job. For the full story behind the Jersey Mike’s menu numbers, see our dedicated guide.
The three numbers worth memorizing
#13 Original Italian is the signature cold sub, #17 Famous Philly is the signature cheese steak, and #7 Turkey & Provolone is the most-ordered lighter choice. Between them they cover what most first-timers want.

Jersey Mike's prices for cold subs
The cold board is where Jersey Mike’s built its name, and it is also where the best value sits. The American Classics run from $8.99 for the Veggie to $12.45 for Roast Beef & Provolone, with Ham & Provolone and Turkey & Provolone in between at $10.45 and $10.75. Roast beef carries the highest price on the cold board because it is the most expensive meat to buy and slice.
The Italian Favorites are the reason many people walk in. The #2 Jersey Shore’s Favorite ($10.95) is the simplest Italian, the #5 Super Sub ($11.25) adds more cold cuts, and the #13 Original Italian ($11.65) is the full stack of provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. Ordered Mike’s Way, the Original Italian is the sub most regulars would call the definitive Jersey Mike’s order.
The two clubs, the #8 Club Sub ($11.95) and #9 Club Supreme ($12.45), are the heaviest cold subs at 1,150 and 1,160 calories for a regular, mostly because of the mayo and bacon. If you want a club with fewer calories, ask for it without mayo, or order it as a Sub in a Tub.
Jersey Mike's prices for cheese steaks and chicken
Everything on the hot side is grilled to order on the flat-top, which is why these subs cost a little more and take a little longer. The #17 Famous Philly is $12.45, the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak is $13.05 and the #56 Big Kahuna, the most expensive sub on the board, is $13.25 with mushrooms, jalapeños, peppers and onions.
The chicken cheese steaks sit slightly lower: the #42 Chipotle Chicken and #44 Buffalo Chicken are both $11.99, the #16 Chicken Philly is $12.25, the #55 Big Kahuna Chicken is $12.75 and the #26 Chicken Bacon Ranch is $12.95. The #64 Portabella Mushroom & Swiss, the hot meatless option, is $11.45.
Hot subs are where sauce changes the calories more than the meat does. The Famous Philly is 730 calories; the Chipotle Cheese Steak, with the same steak plus chipotle mayo, is 1,000. If you like the hot board but watch calories, the Chicken Philly at 660 is the lightest choice.
What is the most expensive sub at Jersey Mike's?
The #56 Big Kahuna at about $13.25 for a regular, followed by the #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak at $13.05. A giant of either costs roughly twice as much.
Ordering Mike's Way, and what it costs
“Mike’s Way” is the house finish: onions, lettuce and tomatoes, then a splash of red wine vinegar and olive oil blend (what the staff call “the juice”) and a shake of oregano and salt. It costs nothing, it goes on any sub, and it is the single thing most regulars say makes a Jersey Mike’s sub taste like a Jersey Mike’s sub. If you only remember one ordering phrase, make it “Mike’s Way.”
Because the toppings are free, you can load up without changing the price: extra onions, extra lettuce, extra tomato, peppers, pickles and banana peppers are all no-charge additions at most shops. What does cost extra is more meat or more cheese, which most shops price as a small add-on per portion. That makes Jersey Mike’s one of the few sub shops where the cheapest way to get a bigger sandwich is to pile on the vegetables rather than step up a size.
One practical tip if your sub is traveling: ask for the juice on the side. The vinegar and oil soak into the roll within minutes, so a Mike’s Way sub eaten at your desk twenty minutes later is softer than one eaten at the counter.
What is the best value on the menu?
Value depends on what you are optimizing for, so here are the honest answers for the three most common goals.
Most food for the money
A giant split between two people. It costs about twice a regular, but because the filling scales up with the bread, two people sharing a giant each get more than they would from two regulars. A giant #13 Original Italian or #7 Turkey & Provolone shared at lunch is the best-value order on the board, and it needs no coupon.
Cheapest satisfying lunch
A mini cold sub with no chips and no drink. A mini Turkey & Provolone or Ham & Provolone costs roughly two-thirds of a regular and sits around 470 calories, which is a genuine light lunch rather than a compromise. Add a free cup of water and you are well under the price of most fast-food combos.
Best value hot sub
The #56 Big Kahuna is the most expensive sub, but it adds mushrooms, jalapeños and peppers to the Famous Philly for only 80 cents more and 50 extra calories. If you are already ordering a cheese steak, it is the upgrade that delivers the most for the least.
Jersey Mike's prices for groups and office lunches
For three or four people, giants are the efficient order: two giants cut in half feed four, cost less than four regulars and arrive as fewer, neater packages. Keep the variety low, two or three different subs rather than one each, because shops build a few subs in quantity faster and more accurately than many bespoke ones.
Above five or six people, Jersey Mike’s catering boxes and sub trays priced per head usually beat ordering subs one by one, and they come with sides bundled in. Our catering cost per person guide works through the numbers for groups of every size, and the meal planner helps you total an order before you place it.
Jersey Mike's menu sub in a tub, wraps and bread
Any sub can become a Sub in a Tub: all the meat, cheese and Mike’s Way toppings, served in a bowl without the roll. On the Jersey Mike’s menu, Sub in a Tub costs the same as the sub, and it takes about 290 calories off a regular, the largest single reduction available. Our Sub in a Tub guide covers how to order it well.
A wrap costs the same as a sub and adds about 20 calories, so it is a texture choice rather than a lighter one. White and wheat bread cost the same, Rosemary Parm adds about 45 calories at regular size for no extra charge, and Udi’s gluten-free bread adds about $1.50 on a regular and $3 on a giant.
| Option | Price change | Calorie change (regular) |
|---|---|---|
| Sub in a Tub (no roll) | None | −290 |
| Wrap | None | +20 |
| Rosemary Parm bread | None | +45 |
| Udi's gluten-free bread | +$1.50 regular, +$3 giant | −55 |
Sides, drinks, desserts and kids meals
The extras are where an order quietly grows. A bag of chips is $2.29, a fountain drink $3.19 and a bottled drink $3.09, so chips and a drink add about $5.50 to any sub. Desserts are a chocolate chip cookie at $2.29 and a brownie at $2.79. Kids meals, a kid-size Turkey & Cheese or Ham & Cheese with a side and drink, are $6.49.
If you are watching the total, skip the chips and drink: that saving alone beats most coupons. If you are watching calories, the chips (220), a fountain drink (about 200) and a cookie (380) together add more than a mini sub.
Jersey Mike's menu with prices 2026 USA: why your shop differs
The Jersey Mike’s menu with prices 2026 USA varies by location because franchise owners price to their own rent, wages and competition. In practice the differences follow a pattern you can predict before you walk in.
- New Jersey and the Northeast, the brand’s home turf, have the densest coverage; city-center shops in New York, Boston and Washington, D.C. price toward the top of the range.
- The Southeast and Texas are big growth markets with suburban shops that usually sit at or near the figures on this page.
- The Midwest generally prices at or below the national average.
- California has the highest prices in the chain outside airports.
- Airports, stadiums, campuses and travel plazas run 10 to 20 percent above a suburban shop, sometimes more.
- Delivery apps list menu prices roughly 15 to 25 percent above the counter before fees and tip.
How do I see the exact prices at my Jersey Mike's?
Choose your shop in the Jersey Mike’s app or on jerseymikes.com and start an order; the menu then shows that location’s own prices. Our Jersey Mike’s menu near me guide explains how to compare nearby shops.
Jersey Mike's prices vs other sub shops
Jersey Mike’s is not the cheapest sub shop, and it does not try to be. Against typical regular-size prices at Subway, Jimmy John’s and Firehouse Subs, it usually sits about a dollar above Subway and Jimmy John’s and level with Firehouse. Jersey Mike's menu with prices 2026: keeping it current
The Jersey Mike’s menu with prices 2026 on this page reflects the board as last checked in August 2026. We review prices monthly; when anything changes, the price list, the item pages and our printable menu PDF update together so they never disagree. Calories rarely change, because recipes are standard across the chain, while prices move with meat costs and local wages.
Limited-time subs and seasonal specials come and go, so they are not listed as permanent items. If you spot a price at your shop that is consistently far from ours, tell us; local reports help keep the guide accurate for everyone.
How to pay less at Jersey Mike's
After pricing the whole board, these habits save more than most promotions:
- Split a giant between two people. It costs about twice a regular but carries proportionally more filling, so each person gets more for less.
- Skip the chips and drink. That is about $5.50 saved on every order.
- Choose a mini honestly. If you never finish a regular, the mini costs about a third less and wastes nothing.
- Use the rewards program and app offers, which are rarely posted on the board in the shop.
- Order pickup, not delivery, to avoid app markups, fees and tip.
- Remember the free extras: extra onions, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers cost nothing; extra meat and cheese are charged.
